I was disgusted with their workmanship and their customer service. After giving them their deposit, we still did not have a set date on when this group would start work on building a stained concrete patio. Ryan never contacted me to let me know when they could start. Instead, he just showed up. Luckily, there was someone home to let him in and isolate my dog. At the end of the work day, the size and the placement of the cement was not what was agreed upon. Over a month later, he returned after countless communications I initiated requesting a time and date for his team's return. It took three consecutive days for him to complete the process of staining and sealing the concrete. He never showed up when he said he would. He left his supplies strewn about the backyard each day. In fact, after he finished, there are still supplies and trash left behind in my backyard. The finished product has much left to be desired. It looks speckled - by no means the sleek, clean look we initially agreed upon. If you have anything to do with your life outside of sitting and waiting for this guy to show up and lowered expectations, I advise strongly against using this "service".
