I can't believe this can be happened on Starbucks as a well-known chain company. I ordered a Venti Spice Root beer with " no ice" drink today. The guy who made the drink said he can't make the full cup drink for me since I ordered "no ice". The drink he gave it to me was almost near half of the cup ( "and still with ice"). He said in order to give me full cup drink he needs to charge me $2!!!!!!!!!! My experience with other stores they gave me was not full cup either but there was with 1 or 2 inches gaps to reach full cup which is understandable and reasonable. But half of the cup??!! Otherwise you need to charge me $2??!! Do you treat customers stupid?!! Any written policy on Starbucks to allow them to do that? Or this is ripped off??!! When I ordered Venti and it should be Venti . In order to make "REAL" Venti you need to charge me more? !!!This is ridiculous. I think the store is better to clarify your policy and make this right. You guys need to give me explanations. I also sent out the email to your customer service too!
