This is my only experience with a "ticket fix" firm. I'm from california so the ease and convenience of having this taken care of on my behalf was an easy choice.
Long story short, Marisol, my case manager, kept me in the loop from beginning to end and was very clear on what to expect. She was excellent in replying by phone and email. Their team was able to bring the fine down significantly and also ensure no traffic school or points were added to my license.
Given that this was my first (Hopefully only) experience, I'm grateful for Marisol and the team for making it a smooth and painless process!
