I went to firestone because my tire was losing air and the Firestone was near my house. What a mistake! It turned out a valve had cracked so they called me, told me they were replacing it, and that I could pick my car up in an hour. When I went to get my car it was almost closing time but the employees that were left were very nice. However, as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I could tell something was VERY wrong with my car. Luckily, I was able to pull around back into the other side of the parking lot. When I got out of my car, my tire was at an angle BECAUSE THEY HAD FORGOTTEN TO PUT 4 OF THE LUG NUTS BACK ON. Two of the workers were still in the shop so I ran in and they were going to pull my car back in until they realized how bad it was and said if they tried to pull it in the tire might fall off. They then went to find the lug nuts WHICH THEY THEN REALIZED THEY HAD LOST. They found replacement lug nuts and they told me to bring the car back the next day to be looked over and so I could get my money back.
A month or two later, I was putting air in my tires when I realized that the lug nuts they had "replaced" were already rusting. I called once and was hung up on. Called again and somebody told me they would call me back, they never did. And then finally I just went in and talked to someone and they ordered in lug nuts for me, which I just took home in a bag to have another garage put on for me. Overall, when I was in the store people were nice but if you are going to risk going here make sure you check your car before you drive off!
