I have been boarding my dog at A round of A paws for several years. I have really been impressed with the facility, until recently. I picked up my dog from being boarded, and noticed his face was wet. I asked why and they told me they wanted him to smell good so they sprayed him with dog perfume.
When I got home his eye was swollen shut. I washed his eye with water. The next day his eye was worse. With a $140 vet bill, and sad my dog had to have drops in his eye for a week and pain meds, I decided to call A round of A paws to tell them what had happened.
I spoke to one of the owners. I was told that there was nothing they could do. After all the $ I have spent boarding my dog with them they couldn't even pay for a vet bill that they caused. So I will not be boarding my dog there again. They lost my business over $140.
