Let me first start off by saying I have been going to this practices since back when Dr Lew was here (18 yrs ) . Due to insurance issues I haven't been back for 4 years. Now that I have great insurance I was so excited to get back to this office! I made an appointment with my previous OBGYN Dr Damore. I had to reschedule twice but called ahead and did appropriately. Today was my 3:30 appointment. I had just left my daughters well check and have been referred to a specialist. You can imagine how that feels and understand why I may be running a tad late as the visit required more conversation. I walked in to contemporary care at 3:39 and was told I need to reschedule. Waiting for another 30 plus days to get in. I see clients every day in my line of work. I understand that things happen out of our control. And I also understand that in order to see a client I need a certain amount of time. I can understand 15 to 20 minutes. I was told I'm sorry in a snooty voice , eyes closed with a nod of the head from the front desk girl. Feels to me like the doctor is ready to go home and could care less. Might have been a better experience had the front desk girl had some good people skills. Sadly I'm moving on. Why would I want to be in a practice that's either to busy or just does not care.
