Since no one wears name tags I cannot offer the name of this employee, but he appears to be in his 40s with a long ponytail down his back that has rubber bands in it. He has no business being in customer service. He's strange and impolite and even his coworkers don't seem to like him. He couldn't even be bothered to help customers choose the sub they want because he didn't make any suggestions on bread or food. Sandwich was okay. No offense to older people in customer service, but if you're 40 at Jimmy John's then you should be able to offer some level of customer service.
