I went in with some crazy neck and shoulder pain. Instead of simply attacking that area, however, my masseuse, Charlie, worked on other areas that were actually causing my neck and shoulders to tighten. Addressing the real problem, not just the symptoms. He had incredible knowledge of all of the muscles and how they work together. Definitely worth it for a well priced massage. The only odd thing I experienced was that I specifically asked for Billy when I made my appointment, and when I got there, Charlie introduced himself like he was supposed to be my masseuse all along. Charlie was great, but I still want to try Billy out as well.
