I recently purchased a used 1998 BMW 3 Series from a private seller. It's in excellent condition for its age but has had some things that needed fixed. I do the repairs myself, but I've gone to Bobby Rahal for all the parts I needed to repair the car. Every single time, I was greeted at the door, escorted to the parts counter, and waited on in a timely manner. They are extremely polite and respectful and treated me like any other customer who might be buying a $60,000 car, even if I'm just purchasing a $20 part. BMW parts aren't cheap, but that's to be expected when you buy a luxury car. Great experiences every time.
