I've been treated here two times so far - each time has been relatively fine. The wait wasn't too long and the doctors are all very nice.
However, today I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm. I got a call asking if I could come in at 4 instead, so I left work a little early. I ended up waiting 50 minutes before deciding to reschedule the appointment, but honestly I'm just going to find a different dentist. I understand doctors run late, but you can't ask someone to come in early and then have them waiting until damn near their original appointment time. I would have rather rescheduled for another day if my time was going to be wasted.
