Worst experience...EVER. Do not waste your time with this place!! First of all, their staff is rude and belligerent. My daughter's "15 minute" wait turned into an hour and half because there was miscommunication between staff and her chart was misplaced. Second, Tiffany is quite possibly the worst. She absolutely zero customer service skills, social skills, or class. There was one girl that was actually good...i believe she was an MA. After that no one else is not worth mentioning.
Im telling you.... do your homework and call around. There are other urgent care centers in the area that are far better, cleaner, and with much better staff...don't deal with their services when you're already not feeling well. Id give this place a zero star if I could.
