Horrible customer service. During the 20% off season, I forgot to bring VIB card and they wanted to see my photo ID. Then I have to use my own credit card to purchase, not my boyfriend's.........What else do you want.......I mean this is not traveling to other country or something. And I mean, the 20% OFF Sale is just a massive marketing strategy. The purpose is just to attract more customers by word of mouth. Why so serious?? My boyfriend asked me why do their faces all look like they shit in their pants...... If a Sephora Sales is not happy, then she will make you unhappy, so that she becomes happy.
