Terrible! It all started with the tech not being able to find my house and being rude on the phone about it. Once he finally arrived, he was even ruder & argued with me over the square feet of a room. Unfortunately, I was moving out and had to get my carpet cleaned that day so I allowed him to do it. I called to complain to the office and the woman who barely spoke English YELLED at me. After 48 hours, my carpet was still soaking wet.
