For a way off the strip hotel didn't expect much, but this place is better that most of the strip places I have stayed and no ridiculously high resort fee (7 bucks) and amazing customer service from the beginning! Kevin was valet and also the bellman (probably a slow wed night) but he was so nice to my kids and helpful! One of the best customer service experiences in Vegas in a long while!Quick check in, huge room ( vaulted ceiling) and not a smoker smell! Now I won't leave at night and walk around outside in my opinion, but other that that this is a great place to stay! I have eaten at Snaps before and great prices! My grandfather lives close so this won't be my last stay here!
