I needed a polish change on my acrylic nails today (2/28/15), and stopped in this morning at 10 am. They were busy, so made an appointment for 12:30 pm. Upon arriving for my appt, I was greeted politely by 2 women. One began my nails right away. The lady did a very nice job, was polite & spoke English very well. The shop was clean, prices very reasonable, and my nails look great. I would absolutely return. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars? Because of a young American man (apparently he's the husband of the manager) who was SO RUDE to the employees. He acted like a slave owner, wanting them (particularly the lady who was working on my nails) to hurry up, yet he repeatedly kept distracting her. Then he abruptly told her to stop & she had to take care of something. I almost said something to him - you don't treat people that way, and certainly not in front of customers! He sat on the sofa for a few minutes, barking orders in a very nasty manner, & glaring at my lady. I actually called back to talk to him, & found out his relationship to the manager. I felt so bad for the employees! They are the ones earning the money. Other than him, it was a great place.
