I'm bummed about my recent visit to Diva Studio. I visited the location on September 30, 2016 my appointment was at 10:00 am. Before our appointments I did go in for a consultation to see if what I wanted could be done to my hair. I had my consultation with Abby. I showed her the picture of what I wanted. She saw it and told me that it could be done but for some reason she kept saying that she would be refreshing and bringing the color that I had up. I am not a hair colorist and I am no expert as I have only had my hair colored maybe 3 times so I figured that she knew what she was doing since I showed her the picture of what I wanted done to my hair. She quoted me $140.00 and scheduled my appointment for Friday September 30th. I took the day off to insure that she could give me her undivided attention and she wouldn't be rushed. The day of my appointment came and when I got there I showed her the picture of what I wanted done to my hair one more time and she said ok. I sat at in the salon for 4 hours and my hair doesn't look like the picture I showed her. When she was blow drying my hair she told me that once I wash it a bit more that the color would get lighter. She asked me if I liked it and I said I did because I was under the impression that it would get lighter as Abby assured me. I am not an expert so I believed her but I have washed my hair 3 times and the color isn't getting any lighter nor is it looking like the what I wanted. Can someone tell me how many more times I need to wash my hair before it looks like what I wanted?
