I've been calling the Northlake Picture People all afternoon to set an appointment after purchasing a Groupon. There was no answer... so I tried making an appointment online. There must be a glitch bc it wasn't allowing the appointment go through. So I said, "Fine, I need to run to the mall anyways.. I'll just stop in & make an appointment." Welp, once I got to the location the freaking gate was down & not one employee in sight at 1:30 PM!! They were closed!!
