I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and (prior to my second purchase) turned my parents and friend onto this dealership (and both of them purchased from the same dealer @ this dearlership). The shopping process is what it is... a P.I.T.A... For me, It's not so much the dealership aspect as it is the service department. PROS: *Friendly staff; *My appointments tend to run on time; *Free guest WIFI (but it is filtered). CONS: *Service dept hours!! They maintain the craziest (and most slim) service hours of which I have ever heard. They have no hours after approx 4pm! Don't people have to work??? This is absolutely infuriating to me and was never the case with any of my other cars. *They Nickel & Dime you for everything outside of your warranty, but ALL dealerships do this. If they want to be in/of a better score/range, IMO... they're going to need to open up those service hours for folks who have to work for a living!
