Are you #%$&ing kidding me? Corporate reservation, 5-star gold customer, arrived at 7:59 for my 8:00 reservation. Writing this @ 8:30 in the lobby, was just told by the manager I can bring the full-tanked car back at any gas level to make up for the wait. Thanks, but you're saving my COMPANY money and wasting MY time. Do your #%$&ing job and have the car ready at the reservation time.
