Nako was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Have been using this company for over a year and have been bug free till these oriental roaches showed up. The customer service agent on the phone was super friendly and she was able to get someone over here right away! And again Nako was super helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions and to make sure the job was done right.
