I'm giving one star because this place has only 1 good technician out of 20. Her name is christy and she is booked out 2+weeks.
As for my experience? I will not go back. The owner is rude! . I've been over charged by the receptionist, nobody there knows how to do anything all that great. The girl I saw was fired and she was the best at pedicures. They never bothered to call her customers and reschedule them. I came in for my appointment and my girl was gone and they took me off the books without a phone call. Wow! Really? Bye.. Basically this place is just another crappy nail salon. Polished is 1 street down, a little more expensive but completely worth it.
