I've always favored this Ferragamo Boutique in the Forum Shops over others as their customer service is second to none! Maria Luisa, Madee and Michie are the best. They fully understand luxury retail customer service. Exceptional customer service in the retail environment is a difficult commodity just like finding good help for a business is and these women will not disappoint.
