What a lovely addition to the neighbourhood. Ok so the food here is REALLY GOOD. Try the salty Vietnamese pancakes! We tried 3-4 things each and everything was good, and food was pretty well priced. The place is lovely and open during the summer.
As for drinks, I found them a bit pricy although very good.
The only problem I have with the place is that taxes are not included in the prices. So, let's say 13$ for a drink is the most I would normally pay for a cocktail. Add tax + tip and you're paying 16 bucks for ONE drink. Ouch. I'll be back for sure but sticking to beer next time.
