My boyfriend has been living here for a couple months now. There's always dog shit on the sidewalk which is the path to his apartment. When you click on Palladium Apartments Yelp they have the 1 free application fee discount which apparently they don't honor and "forgot" to take it off. That was over 2 months ago that they said they forgot to take it off which I think they just don't want to honor it! They told my boyfriend they would on his next rent payment but they haven't. When it was pool season we took our son and the water felt as cold in summer as it does now! They said they had a heated pool but we couldn't find it. Anytime I'm here visiting I always see little kids running by the pool with no supervision it's just a lawsuit waiting to happen! Every time I'm outside I see rats climbing the pool gate and running around the bushes!
Positive note: The staff has always been so kind. Especially the maintenance men. The apartment it's self is super nice. Haven't seen any bugs inside his building. They staff said they spray the place every Thursday. They have 3 pool which are always kept up. The noise level here has been quite.
