Took a tour in this great apartments few months ago and instantly fallen in love. Then I did what any one would do which is to go ahead and sign up for it. Payed the key fees ($100) and the dog ($250) fee. And what also made the deal sweeter they promised me one free month upon moving in (Oct 10th).
Everything seemed great until Greystar owned the complex and things started going down...
1- they asked me to change my move in date or the free one month deal won't be valid. (I have a signed paper for that deal and I'll attach it. Just to prove how they don't care about ethics)
2- I was promised a $500 deposit, but then they claimed that the previous management never ran my credit and the new deposit will be a while one rent?!?!? I even went as far as agreeing with this.
3- then I went to their office and tried to see if they can fix my first problem about the move in date. And they simply refused to do anything about.
4- I was asked to sigh in what they offered me within 24 hours through email or the appartment that I wanted will not be held for me. Even though I was told that I can sign in the very last papers upon a week from moving in.
After all of this I asked to see the assistant manager or the community manger and I was refused to go see either since they claim that we've communicated with email and we won't change our mind.
So I'm here standing front of the manger's office looking at her and she still won't speak with me. I have never experienced such a rudeness in any management ever. So I left and started looking for a new appartment and of course that $350 that I paid will never be returned.
This was my experience and I stand by every world in this review and I did make the effort for the management to correct their mistakes but they really did not care.
If you want to live in complex with this kind of disrespect for ethnics then this is a good place for you.
