I came here after seeing that they carry the Mac Duggal brand of dresses. I had a dress in mind for my WEDDING (emphasis is needed here) and I was told by Patti that we can order it but it won't be ready for a few months. I was okay with that because my wedding is a ways. I get a call a couple weeks after and Patti says my dress arrived BUT it will be in a size 4(I needed a size 2). When I come to pick it up, it's not Ivory, it's nude and looks nothing like the color in the photos. Not to mention the embroidery was coming apart on one side. Patti tells me that it looks lighter because of the photo and the alterations place will fix the embroidery. Well I ended up taking it home anyway even though it was the wrong color and wrong size. I eventually got a hold of another retailer and they told me they have the same dress in Ivory AND nude and they definitely make it in a size 2. I called Patti to let her know and she kept a lie up that this dress only comes in the color she got for me. I even sent her photos of what the dress looks like in Ivory and the MacDuggal website shows the dress in 2 colors. The truth is, she sold me a sample dress that she got from a trunk show because she couldn't wait to be done with me. She also emailed me pretending to be a MacDuggal representative. I do not care about the money I lost here since I won't wear this dress to my wedding, I care about being cheated. This woman is a liar and only cares about getting your money.
