Our trainer, who we used for 2 years was quite average. She kept telling us that LA Fitness was stealing money from her .... she finally left because of this. Then the club had no trainer that we could use, so we wanted a refund of all our prepaid sessions. We fought with them for months, and then finally made an agreement with a "so-called" manager PARAG who said they would issue us a credit. They only issued a portion of the agreed upon amount, and ended up stealing hundreds of dollars from us. We called them for weeks, and their supervisors in California with no response. Terrible company - very non-responsive. We recommend not joining at all, but if you do, DO NOT PREPAY any workout sessions. More to come .....
