So, the first thing you need to keep in mind when perusing Market Outlet (affectionately referred to as "Bent 'n Dent") is this: Yes, you WILL have to check expiration dates. A lot of the stuff here is fine, but some is iffy. A good bit of it was just damaged in transport and the packaging isn't pristine anymore... Perfectly good food for a huge mark-down. The only thing I completely forgo here is dairy products. I love the idea of salvaging food that is minorly damaged, since it would otherwise be needlessly wasted. I absolutely hate food waste. It's such an upsetting problem... But I'm not on here to go on a rant. If you don't care about what shape the packaging is in, (and let's face it: the majority of that is going in the recycling bin anyway) then you'll probably score big here.
