I don't even know what it is with all these 'legacy carriers' and honestly can't wait until they are all bankrupt because everyone is using cheap ass websites and crappy airlines like Spirit and Frontier to save $40.
If you don't fly first class, they treat you like garbage.
The flight attendants seem like the same type of people that would otherwise be public school teachers: lazy, entitled, obviously hate their jobs and the people they are intended to 'serve'.
Now that US Airways makes you listen to a credit card pitch, they have sunk to the level of Spirit and Frontier.
