The owner of this salon has an awful attitude and treats her customers like garbage. This is a walk-in eyebrow threading place and I have a favorite technician who I wait to see and let others go ahead of me until she is finished with a customer. The owner resents when I do this for some reason. Today, while the owner sees me waiting for her for almost 20min, meanwhile the technician acknowledges that I will be next. The next thing, the owner shouts to me that she can't see me because her appointment walked in and has to take her first and explains that if I want to see her I will have to continue waiting until she finishes a full face hair removal, which takes 45 min.
I've been threading for over 15yrs, let's be clear, not all her technicians (which I have tried in the past) are equally capable, some cut your skin when they thread, some presses so hard it's like ripping you skin off, and some can't shape eyebrows. This place is a Hit or Miss depending on who you get, go at your own risk.
