Clerk on floor nearby oblivious to everything, trying to look like she was doing something without her phone in her hand, had to be called over to check which seemed like a major inconvenience to her. I've seen earth worms with more purpose in life. This is pretty typical of all H&Ms. They could care less about the customers.
