This place has the best food and the worst service. My wife and I have been here for dinner several times, entertained guests here and stopped for a couple drinks... And it's consistent--the food is fantastic and the service is awful.
One year later and not one thing has changed. We walked in tonight to find the restaurant maybe 30% full--not real busy. We stood at the podium and waited and waited and just about to walk out when the bartender came over and seated us. We were told "the server will be right with you". Wrong. We waited and waited probably 15 minutes and, once again, we're ready to walk out before anyone even came to take a drink order. We're promised some bread which took forever to arrive then we were promised some butter for the bread and that took forever. In fairness, our server was very pleasant, just not very speedy.
And just as in my original review, our food was excellent--the ribs were some of the best I've ever had and my wife loved her pizza--but the service is terrible.
