I dropped my phone off last Tuesday, was there an hour. The Technician Adam wasn't able to replicate what was wrong with my phone. He told me he believed me. And asked if they could keep my phone, as they needed to call Samsung to see what could be done. They said they would ship it to me.
The service up until this point was impeccable.
I called all day Friday, to inquire about what they fixed, and what Samsung had to say. I emailed, and left a voice mail. No answer, and no reply was sent.
Today is Monday, I have again, been trying to call atne, with no answer. I have even left another message.
I had to call Samsung directly, and have them contact atne, as my phone is still not fixed.
(not atne's fault. That's all on Samsung)
Due to their lack of fillow up in customer service. I could not even give 3 stars.
Which is sad. Because it stared out so well.
