I have used the London and NY subway cards and related websites before and compared to them PRESTO sucks. The website is poorly designed and looks 15 years old. I always get error messages when trying to pay and then find out I have been charged on my cc. I just want to have 2 cards under my account, is that too difficult?! Auto top up takes a day to implement, why sooo long. Either Presto or Moneris or both are doing a poor job. Plus the $6 fee is way too much. The only nice thing is mention by another reviewer is to set up a regular daily journey and then apparently you dont need to tap out. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER!!
