I cannot recommend this place. While the facility is conveniently located, clean, and easy to make an appointment with, the medical care, pricing, and online billing are terrible. I was sick on a weekend and have a demanding job with travel, so I went in with a nasty sore throat, congestion, fever, asthma attacks, etc. and the dr. gave me no medicine except for my asthma. Apparently he said my fever was too low to treat. The nurse charted my weight at 30 lbs. over which made me laugh when I noticed it on my visit summary and speaks to the lack of attention to detail. You'd think too the dr would have noticed it but no. Good thing they didn't give me any medicine or I would have probably gotten too high a dose! $216 later I have no medicine, have to go on a work trip sick as a dog, and I end up at my regular family dr. a few days later when I back home with very high WBC count and an even higher fever. I had to pay the family dr. $100 but at least I got meds and started feeling better in a couple of days. Additionally, I have tried on two separate occasions to submit my payment online and keep getting this error: We're sorry - an unexpected error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again. So now I have to buy stamps to send this payment by mail. The lesson I learned: if sick on the weekend, don't even try to go here. Wait until I can see a family dr. I will save $100 and get good care.
