Service department review. I went in for a 60k service and they broke my battery post by being careless during the service. Rather than owning up, he tried to sell me an overpriced battery. He wouldn't budge on the $200 + for the battery and called me twice to pressure me. I told the service writer, Frank, that I would bring my own battery. So... he left it running in the parking lot, ac on, windows down, for two hours until I arrived!!! Thanks bud! They never_ even washed it. After Over $800 spent and they didn't even perform all the services they should have, broke my battery, and ran my gas out for no good reason. I called the service manager. He said he'd look into it and call me back but never did. I followed up again and left a message with no return call. THEN they send me a flyer reminding me that they broke my battery and I should come in to have it replaced. Tldr: What a Joke! Avoid avoid avoid. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau
