I went in to this Verizon store to do a case exchange (case was malfunctioning), I was greeted by Jacob spoon, he asked me what was the problem I told him that I had bought the case from them (Iphone smart case ) , and told him the problem with it and if I could do an exchange, at which point he told me No rudely and I asked why, at which point he told me cause he didn't want too (had never heard that before when your within your 14 days of the item being bought ) . So I went to the Verizon store on Maryland Prkwy, and they took care of me without any problems. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but I will never be coming back to this store. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Avoid this Verizon store
