Buffets are either your best friends or your worst enemies. Everything from your craving to what goes on in the actual restaurant is probably a good time. Not so much afterwards. But enjoy it while it lasts. But don't let it last too long or you'll be punished in the gym for it. While I understand that the Bellagio is a world renown hotel and arguably the top resort on the Strip, I don't know if I can make the same call for this Buffet. For one, don't let the long lines deceive you into believing that you're going to be eating some luxury food. The decor resembles the buffet of a Station Casino. I would give the food 4/5 stars and that's actually pretty nice because I'm still hesitant about the quality of the food. They had the Beef Wellington, in which I have never seen from any other hotel buffet. While that is certainly a unique thing for this buffet, it tasted terrible. The seafood was average to above average. The crab legs were good but even when I asked them to steam em up, they were a bit rude to me AND did a very mediocre job in heating them up. Other than that, all your other foods are like your standard foods that you will find at your nearest resort buffet. Service was decent. Except all the cooks seemed so bitter, rude and old. Maybe it's explained by their age but I'm certainly in no position to blame their lack of customer service due to age. But being that this hotel is a part of the mega resort Bellagio, their customer service level standards should certainly be in the skies. I paid about 88 for two because it was a holiday which is typical on special occasions. But to be perfectly honest, I don't see myself coming back here for full price. Half off would do the trick though.
