It was my first (and last) visit there. My family just barely moved into the area and I was looking for a new family doctor for us. I just needed a physical, but was told they can't do those on a first visit, so I scheduled a "first visit" to get it over with. I came 30 minutes early so I could fill out the paperwork, then waited an extra 30 minutes to finally get into a waiting room. Then, after another 40 minutes (no exaggeration) my doctor finally came. Neither she nor the nurse who brought me in seemed to know what I needed so I had to explain it both times. The doctor explained why they can't do physicals the first time and it all made sense to me - I didn't mind that part. Then, she proceeded to tell me that she'd go ahead and do the physical that same day to save me time, but that the results would have to be sent electronically to my husband's work. I'm not sure what kind of face I was making - I was just thinking about how to do this. The doctor then said I shouldn't be so grumpy about it and that I should feel grateful that she was even doing it for me cause she had other patients. I felt she was being very rude while telling me not to be. I'm not sure what she did for me, since she just listened to me breathe, kicked my knee, and looked at my eyes. All in all it took a whopping 4 minutes to do my "physical". Then she handed me a paper and left. I didn't even know we were done till I went to the front office - where I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment for my physical. The staff all feel like they want to be somewhere else. No one talks to you more than absolutely necessary. I will not be coming back here ever again, and I'm not even sure that they care.
