OUTSTANDING customer service. I went to several shops looking to purchase a Mountain Bike (since I live so close to White Tank Mountains). Walked into the store and was assisted by Jason. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I am new to biking and literally knew nothing. Jason was extremely patient and not only explained the numerous differences in the bikes, went into details such as why the saddle is not the same shape as the comfy cruiser bike saddles. He even td me why I should wear biker shorts...under my regular shorts as I will not be sporting spandex. I ultimately found a better deal on a bike at a different shop, but because Jason was so awesome, I will purchase my accessories (bike shorts, helmet, gloves, car rack, etc.) from this shop. He introduced me to Esther who is the owner and she seemed really nice as well.
