I called this place three times to enroll my daughter in a try-out class. The phone was never answered and I never received a return call from the messages I left. I should have known from this point to avoid this business, however my wife finally received a phone call back from a message she left. Upon arriving at the try-out class, there were no formalities, documentation or greeting. The instructor had a class of about 8 kids and, at best, rarely took notice of our daughter. The instructor was easily distracted, constantly allowing several kids at a time roam around the facility. There were several instances in which my daughter was left with no instruction what to do or where to go after a particular task leaving her with an obvious sense of confusion and isolation. At the end of class, there was no attempt to contact us for further information or discussion to have her attend again, which there was no way we were planning on doing anyway.
