We ordered takeout and the babaganoush/mouttabal they had put in the bag had gone bad. My husband took a bite and thought it tasted rancid and we smelled it and it smelled like yeast. How is it possible that this was served to a customer. I'm 3 months pregnant and what if I had taken a bite? This could have ended so bad, I'm honestly shaken. Just terrible. Next time I will be walking the extra bit to Souk Tabule in the Canary district. I'm so glad the owners saved $3 on not throwing out rotten food and serving it to customers. Congratulations!
