We signed up in Jan 2018 and never went in until March. We paid our monthly dues because we agreed to that. However, we went in Mid March to cxl our membership. April 4th we were charged and when we called to question this to dispute, the manager al says we went in certain days (mind you AFTER the date we cancelled we worked out lol ) so he wasn't refunding us. Let's be clear , me and my fiancé went In 3 times total. 1st time to sign up! It was a new and still being painted inside! 2nd time was to go test the machines and get my routine going and the 3rd time was to cxl membership. Not once did We workout! Al says I went 5 times and the dates and times are false! We called crunch again today and the person we spoke with verified he sees we cxld March 17 but yet shows us checking in other dates after we cxld. "If" we DID show up , why would they allow cxld memberships in the door t? What check in system are they using to allow people to checkin since clearly someone attempted to use my name (that was again already cxld ).
Seems sketchy to me! Calling our bank to get a refund but Be careful of charges and your account being used by someone else :(
