Contacted them on their website about getting an estimate on a project. 4 days later and no response. I called the company and the lady said all office staff was on vacation last week. Yet, it's 3pm Monday so that's no excuse not to call someone back when you've been open since 8am. She took my number and said a guy would be calling me to set up an appt for Thursday. Its now Wednesday and that never happened. From the other reviews I highly doubt they have ever done any quality work. Setting up an appt is too hard of a task for them.
