Took my car in for service, service took longer than expected. In the waiting room a man came over and asked us (my wife and I) if he could do anything to help us, we asked him to check on the time it would take for our car to be finished, he came back a said it was going to take longer than expected. He insisted on taking us to lunch and then to a chocolate store near the dealership to buy some candy, all this was at his expense. It turned out the man was Bob Gillingham. He made what started out as a miserable day into a very pleasant experience.
