This is probably the worst apartment community in Chandler AZ the staff is very rude and unhelpful, these supposedly brand new luxury apartments are infested with rats, me and my friends were hanging out by the pool one night while a pack of actual dirty filthy diseased rats came running towards us and we ran away and left our belongings till my friend who is a guy went back to grab our things, there's tons of bugs that get into my apartment and I can actually see how they slide right under the door aren't they supposed to put some kind of seal when u shut the door so bugs and godknows what else don't come inside?? The appliances are always breaking down, and when we call or go down to the office it's like no one is ever there but I always see the staff walking around smoking cigarettes while taking phone calls on regular business hours, forever getting 10 day notices on whatever you do, the trash is supposed to be picked up by your door but there's afew days out of the week that they don't come so when you need to throw out your trash you have to walk a mile to ONE dumpster and there's usually trash everywhere and no one cleans it up, the paint the floor everything they did to make these apartments was done very cheaply and half fast I'm not impressed WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE and also I don't suggest any one moving here either for Arizona it's pretty high monthly rent and utilities you can get something way cheaper and wayyyy better then this dump.
