I purchased a brand new Explorer Sport here in summer '16 from Rick Silverman. The Explorer has been a great vehicle and the buying process was cake, but the issue here is Rick. The Explorer was on the showroom floor but even the lights on the floor couldn't hide multiple light scratches, nicks, and hard water spots all over it. They thought their light detail would fix it, and it didn't. Rick agreed that his detailers didn't have the experience or skill to do a paint correction on a black vehicle. So he agreed to let me take it to a professional detailer for a paint correction and they would take care of the bill. So here we are 9 months later and Rick has completely ignored every email and message I have left concerning the $350 detail bill that he TOLD me to get and submit to him. As an owner of 4 Fords and over 13 the past 16 years, this is not how you treat a customer.....I will make sure NOT to recommend this dealership to anyone unless Rick owns up.
