My trip to McDonald's usually involves an iced coffee in the afternoon, and occasionally I pick up lunch. The thing that stands out to me is the exceptional service I receive. As i proceed through the drive-thru they take my order, they repeat it back to me for errors as I stop at the first window to pay. Then 4 times out of 5 my order is ready when I arrive at the second window 30 seconds later. My order is almost always accurate and the food handlers are polite and respectful each and every time.
In terms of the food quality, we all know it's not the best burger or coffee in the world, but it must be meeting my expectations because I keep coming back for more.
