First Visit Last Week:
I like the layout, To the left for cleaning/xrays, to the right for surgical. Also, the equipment is very up to date. Doctor Heaton, The Dental Hygienists, and Assistants were professional, skilled, and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the experience and outcome so far.
So, why didn't I give 5 stars? I know it's a nit pick, and probably just my anal retentive opinion, but..... I hate the chairs in the waiting area. They're this cheap looking, plastic/aluminum monstrosities, that on a scale of comfort, rate about a -10. I get it, they're going for a sleek/clean look, like the rest of the office, but IMHO, it wouldn't hurt to have a little more padding in the butt area, while classing the place up a little.
That being said, I still plan on returning as a patient :)
