Today was just a reminder of why I don't like coming to this location. Ulta has amazing deals and products and sometimes they have the availability vs trying to find the same product at Target or Walmart. But, this location has got the be the worst I go to. As soon as I walked to the door with my sister the lady only opened the door cause she was cleaning the glass. She didn't even say hello when we greeted her. She just kept cleaning the window. The Lancôme and Clinique area was full of employees which I'm guessing is only cause it was a Saturday. I passed 4 employees before one of them literally eyed me from head to toe and didn't bother to even say a thing to me after. It was only till I went to grab a serum from the Lancôme counter did she decide to yell "DO YOU NEED ANY HELP??" Very rudely must I add. I should've purchased the things I needed online or even at the Town Square location cause I got zero help from the employees with the products I originally wanted. I went to the Philosophy display and was immediately greeted by Alesia I think was her name. She was so sweet and even recommended the products to try. She also broke down how to use the products and all that jazz which is always nice. I would've given this review more stars but my beginning encounter put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of my shopping trip. If you can, go to a different location majority of the employees I've are just rude.
